What is your refund policy?
We want you to feel good about you Thandie Wellness purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened and unused.
To request a refund, please contact us at thandiewellness@gmail.com with your name and order number. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Because our products are ingestible, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
For products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
